Because our hair and personal-care products are made for individual use, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may ask for a photo of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Unopened Products
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Refunds
Once an approved return is received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
